National Waste Management, Inc. and Safeguard Bio Med Services, Inc., strictly adhere to all EPA, OSHA and DOT Hazardous and Bio-Hazardous Waste Guidelines as well as local Department of Health and State DEP regulations, in the performance of our transport and disposal business. A service agreement with us will help to ensure that you are provided with the means for the proper handling and disposal of all your regulated and non regulated waste.        

In the process of providing our disposal service, protecting human health and the environment is National's primary goal.

LICENSES, PERMITS AND INSURANCE 
National Waste Management, Inc. and Safeguard Bio Med Services, Inc. maintain general liability, vehicle liability, environmental liability and workers compensation insurance with limits up to $5 million.

National Waste Management, Inc. and Safeguard Bio Med Services, Inc. maintain licensing and permits as follows: We are EPA and US DOT registered.

Medical Waste and/or Hazardous Waste Permits in the following states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, New York

Massachusetts / Authorization To Operate (ATO) a transfer and waste handling facility

Field technicians, drivers and management staff of National Waste Management and Safeguard Bio Med Services routinely receive training as mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as well as State Dept of environmental Protection (DEP)
